Within 60 calendar days of your last billing, you can request a refund for any unused session fees by emailing email@example.com.
You are required to raise a refund claim within 24 hours of the session if you are unhappy with the quality of service provided. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your claim.
If a query is raised within 24 hours, no questions will be asked, and the claim will be credited to your account.
It will be verified and approved within three days of receiving your refund request.
Your credit card (or original method of payment) will be refunded if your refund is approved. Your card issuer or the payment method will determine how long the credit appears on your account.
