       CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY CLIENT/STUDENT

The Client/Student may cancel tuition/lessons by giving at least 24 hours prior notice to the Tutor, in which case no tuition fees will be incurred. The total rate may be charged for lessons not attended by the student without giving the Tutor at least 24 hours notice.

All sessions must be completed within 30 days from the start date of the first session. A makeup session must be arranged within seven days if the client/student cancels within the 24-hour policy.

Student fees are based on attendance at all lessons as stipulated in the schedule above, and no discount or refund will be given for lessons not attended. The Tutor and client/student should work together to resolve any emergency.

     CANCELLATION OF LESSONS BY TUTOR

The Tutor may be cancelled the lesson with 24 hours' notice to the Client/Student, in which case no fees will be charged. The Tutor will reschedule the appointment at a time convenient to both parties, failing which the Client/Student will receive a refund for the missed class.

Sessions must be completed within 30 days, starting from the first day of the session. The Tutor must make up missed sessions within seven days if the Tutor cancels sessions.

       LATE ARRIVAL

Fees are calculated according to the times stipulated in the schedule, and no adjustment shall be made for time lost because of late arrival by the student. Late students will only be tutored for the remainder of the scheduled session. There may not be a prolonged session.

Any lost time because of the late arrival of the Tutor shall be compensated for by extending a lesson by mutual agreement and by such amount of time that was lost.

       NO-SHOW POLICY

If a student is online when the tutor arrives or is less than 20 minutes late, they are considered a no-show. In the event of a no-show by the student, the tutoring session must still be paid for. The student shall not be entitled to a discount or refund for lessons not attended.

      AGREEMENT FOR PAYMENT

Tutoring sessions must be paid in advance or weekly/monthly in advance.
